This Privacy Policy explains how HomeHODL LLC, operating under the brand name Sovana, ("Sovana," “HomeHODL,” “we,” “us,” “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and retains information when you visit any website, mobile app, or online service that links to this policy (the “Service”).
The Service is intended only for U.S. residents who own real property. We do not knowingly offer the Service to individuals outside the United States.

All service providers are bound by contract to use data solely for our instructions and to keep it confidential.

We use industry‑standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards—such as encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments—to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is 100 % secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We keep personal information for as long as necessary to: (a) provide the Service and administer any Bitcoin Investment Partnership; (b) comply with legal, accounting, or reporting requirements; and (c) resolve disputes or enforce agreements. Typically this means for the life of a BIP plus up to 10 years (the standard regulatory limitation period).
The Service is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe we have done so, please contact us and we will delete it.
We may update this Privacy Policy. If we make material changes, we will post the updated policy and change the “Last updated” date. Where required by law we will also give you advance notice (e.g., by email) and, if needed, request your consent.
